Viewing films on my laptop

I downloaded the app, chose the film it then loaded but just would not play. I tried this on two different lap tops but still got the same  response.

@Anonymous User Welcome to the forum. Is that the NOW TV Player helper app you downloaded? If so and you're on a Windows 8.1/10 machine, then you could try the Windows Store app instead to see if that works better for you.
