Switched at birth ending

i've just found switched at birth and now its ending in a few days i don't have time to watch all 6 seasons, will it be coming back to now tv? is there any other way of watching the show in the uk?

I know you can buy the show on Amazon Video/Google Play as I bought season 1 from Google Play but they aren't cheap box sets. 😞
