Picked the wrong pass

Hi there,

Just signed up for what I thought was the entertainment pass and it has came through as a sky movies pass instead. How do I swap this over?

Exactly the same has just happened to me. I keep reading all the help pages and it says to add the entertainment package on the main homepage.. but it isn't giving me any option to do it.. also every time I go to the help forum it's sending me back to my app! It's a nightmare..

Thanks for posting.

 

Just to confirm are you trying to do this via the app? You'll need to go to the website on a web browser on a PC or on your phone, then form there you can choose buy pass/ start trial under my account > my passes and you can also cancel the movies pass from there.
