Paying twice

Hi I just purchased a now tv box yesterday with the entertainment pass for 3 months. Now when I signed up with my account I had to select the option of 3 months entertainment on the site, and although I did type in my voucher code onto the box the £14.47 charge has still come up on my statement so I think I've been charged twice?

Welcome to the forum. Did you purchase the NOW TV box from the NOW TV website or somewhere else? Not sure what £14.47 would be for as that's a strange amount but you can check what charges have come from your NOW TV account on your My Account > View My Bills page

and you check if your 3 month voucher has been applied successfully on your My Passes page

If you think you may have been wrongly charged, pop onto live chat to query it and they can check for you. You'll find the button for them on this page
