Now tv on we box

Running now tv on my EE tv box but keep getting the content is currently unavailable. Give it a moment, or check now tv.com/status for updates.
Have tried all the suggested methods and phoned EE to try and solve the problem but no joy yet. Is there a known issue at the moment. Have also phoned nowtv helpline and just get the automated help line which is of no use at all.

Welcome to the forum. Someone else has also posted that issue so it's possible there could be a problem at NOW TV's end. What I'd suggest is to have a word with live chat and see if they can help, when you go on mention that there have been other reports on the forum and if they are not able to help ask them to forward it on to the technical teams.

Have just been on the live chat to no avail not really sure what else to do now apart from contact EE again

Not really much else I can suggest. Probably best you can do is use the send a message option to report the issue to the team, make sure you mention somebody else on the forum has also mentioned the same issue today.
