New to now TV - pass question

Hi, I have just bought a smart now tv box with a 3 month entertainment pass. I have set up an account and entered the pass code but it says I will be billed 18/01/18?? That's only 1 month not 3??

When you checked the next payment due date, did you go to the Now TV website with your internet browser and clicked on My Account > My Passes ?

 

If the green apply voucher button is still showing next to your entertainment pass try adding the 3 month voucher code again.
