Loss of favorite viewing Series

Last night switched on NowTV to view continuation of Criminal Minds ,only to see it has been removed,from catch up viewing.Also could not get series on Home,not my Watchlist,vanished.Does anyone have the same problem,much appreciated on any info given.Jmor8.

@Anonymous User @Anonymous User Welcome to the forum. It's nothing you are doing wrong, but Criminal Minds boxsets expired at the end of June and have been removed. 

NOW TV doesn't have the rights to keep shows on the service forever, so all shows have an expiry date. When shows have 30 days or less left, you will see a countdown reminder message appear next to the episodes on the website and most apps to warn you. It's worth looking out for these to help you plan your viewing.

NOW TV have said Criminal Minds boxsets should be back later in the year but no date as of yet.
