Instinct not playing

I've been trying to watch the latest episode of Instinct since Friday. Other programs are working fine, just mot this one. It's the same thing on two devices, little coloured circles. Others are posting about this but no replys.

When I first tried to watch that ride I just got lots of multi coloured lines and no sound.

Once I closed the episode and tried again I just got the circles.

 

All other shows are working fine.  It looks as if when you try to play it from the previous episode you get the lines and if you try to open it from the list you get the circles.
