Harry Potter missing film

Hi, I can't seem to find the Deathly Hallows part 1 on my now tv movies account

anyone else having this issue?

Out of curiosity what playback device are you using ?

Just checked the NowTV App on my Android Tablet and Harry Potter Deathly Hallows Part 1 seems to be there for me.

Just wondering are you using an Apple TV Box ?

If so when i did a search by typing in Harry Potter on the NowTV App it returned a couple of Harry Potter movies but not Deathly Hallows Part 1 (only Part 2).

Though i did manage to find Part 1 by going to the NowTV App, then select Movies, then select All Movies, then scroll down and select Family, then scroll across to Select All, then scroll down the screen until you get to the Harry Potter movies, where Part 1 is right next to part 2.
