So I'll prefix this by saying I live chatted with Now TV and they were useless. Hopefully someone can help!
I can't make any entertainment shows start, they just have that silly buffering icon. I can watch movies, I can stream live sports (both through Now TV) at perfect quality - it only affects entertainment. It isn't my internet - the chat I had focused solely on that being the issue, even though I can stream live sport! I have 70mb download, 10mb upload.
I use the app on my LG smart TV.
Now, the odd thing - I can watch everything through my Samsung smartphone AND if I start a program on there, I can then load it perfectly fine on my TV!!! BUT only AFTER starting it on my phone.
Anyone have any ideas?? It has only started happening the last week or so after having no issues for years.
