Catch up isn’t working on some programmes

Hi is anyone else having issues with Catch Up? Seems to be happening on the SKY channels.  Unable to view Scandal this am, Blacklist newest episode is the same.

ive tried rebooting my broadband & switching everything on & off again, has anyone else got any other suggestions? Thanks in advance

There seems to be a bug that is effecting some of the newest episodes of TV shows by going via My TV Continue Watching or latest Catch up TV shows etc etc.

 

If you open the nowtv App and navigate to entertainment then select channels, then go to the channel that the latest episode is on.

 

Don't select the latest episodes option top folder list, but go to the last season bottom of the list and click on the newest episode from there.

 

Hopefully the latest episode will then play.

 

The Nowtv Team are aware of the glitch and looking into it.
