6.99 a month from my credit card but no option to cancel this when I log into my account - any suggestions please

This sounds to me like you have gone into an older inactive nowtv username account which has been previously cancelled.
Have you used more than one username or Sky id against your bank card ?
If so, check your email inbox, spam folders or deleted folders for previous other nowtv usernames and try them by going through the same procedure under My Account > My Passes until the cancel button option appears on screen.
