Hi all, No idea why but I have started to get audio description on Sky channels. Is there anyway to disable it?
I have this too and would welcome a fix!

I also have the same problem. It is still here this morning. How do I switch it off. So off putting this.
Hiya, I have this problem to.
I didn't ask for it, wasn't on previous programme, it just appeared. I can't get it off.
It is destroying my tv enjoyment, the only time I get to relax after a long day.
What has Nowtv messed up now?
I'm having this problem too! Nothing I have tried has turned off the audio description. Help would be appreciated.

What channels are you guys watching. And on what NOW TV playback devices?
Sky One & Sky Atlantic so far. It started about an hour ago

I'm watching Star Wars right now on Sky One using my 'black' NOW TV box. All good so far...
I am on the white box , Samsung TV, and it's seems to be on star wars (sky1) shades of blue, (living) blue bloods (Atlantic)
Also, is it me or is the service very slow tonight?

Just switched over to Living and yes there's 'audio description'

the most bizarre thing about this is that NowTV doesn't support audio description normally. It sounds like you audio description track is being streamed rather than normal soundtrack for the channel for some reason.

I've just reported it too. Hopefully somebody with a 'screwdriver and a spanner' is around at this time of night

If you're talking about the rectangle on the bottom left-hand side of the screen. That is the sign that sky uses to help it identify that people are accessing their channels legitimately and that they are watching an IP stream. That's rectangle site is also used on sports channels. It's nothing to worry about.
I'm not actually getting audio description problems at the moment, not on sky one or sky living I haven't tested the other channels yet. I'm using a NowTV smart box by the way
