Hi @Anonymous User you didn't say what you have been charged. Assuming as you are posting in the Entertainment section, you have applied an entertainment voucher? Do you still have the voucher? Chat should be able to check what has happened and reaply it for you. If the charge you got was £6.99 you should be able to get this refunded.
If the charge was different please respond to say what the charge was.
