Accidental purchase of entertainment pass

Hi, I paid for a entertainment pass that I didn't want to get just yet. I've now cancelled it and need my money back so how will this work now? Do I get a refund?

Hi @Anonymous User

 

As long as you haven't watched any entertainment pass content. You should be able to get a refund. (Now TV staff will doublecheck to see if you've watched any content)

 

It's probably best if you enable the payment pin on your account. This will prevent any accidental purchases in future
