US open court coverage

The content that NOW TV/Sky are delivering for the US open is a disgrace and unacceptable. Amazon and every other provider I have used have always provided all court coverage with high quality, and replays available for all matches as standard. NOW TV only letting you watch certain courts without a specific device is criminal, especially for the price of the service. 

I'm encouraging everyone who has the same issues to complain, and lobby for either all courts being available to everyone, or a full refund. 
Quite frankly, the offering for this tournament from NOW TV is unacceptable.

The hapless fellow-customers who inhabit this Community, much as Now staffers don’t, have often been asked to do things that are well beyond our powers as far as Now are concerned, let alone the totally unrelated Amazon Prime 😢

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

I agree the coverage has been awful. Yesterday there was no coverage until till 9.30 pm and is all that was on offer was double matches.  There is no facility for now app subscribers to view matches they wish to watch. What has been advertised by Sky prior to the start of the US OPEN is misselling in my view. What has been provided is nothing  like the professional way Amazon has covered the Championship in previous years. I agree Now subscribers should be refunded. Also, I would like to make a comment about the commentary provided by Marion Bartelli. Her English is very poor, she gabbles, speaks too quickly and it is very difficult to understand her. In summary thanks to Sky I have not enjoyed the US Open Championship at all.

I agree with most of your points

But there was coverage from well before 9:30pm, I was watching it live in the app from about 7pm to 10pm, Djokovic was on the Tennis channel
