I’d like to flag a couple of annoying issues with the above series, which started airing on Sky Witness on Wednesday 29 April 2020. Has anyone else noticed them?
1) The First episode, transmitted on Sky Witness at 2200 had a full surround/Dolby Digital 5.1 audio track, yet on NowTV it only has a stereo audio track. Why is this?
2) The next episode listed, when I checked my NowTV account late yesterday evening, was episode 3, due on May 13. Why is episode 2 not listed? From what I can make out from the many TV listings magazines, episode 2 will air on Wednesday 6 May 2020. If it can be aired live, why can it not be provided via NowTV?
This is not the first time that I have had to complain about inconsistencies between the live Sky transmissions and the NowTV offerings. I appreciate that with what is going on at present these are very ‘first world’ issues. Nevertheless, I am paying for a service that I am not currently receiving.
With the total lack of any support from NowTV -- it was pretty poor before the Covid-19 crisis -- just how are we NowTV customers supposed to flag these problems so that someone can take a look at them and get them fixed?

I have seen this happen in the past where NowTV needs to get the episode out quickly on their catchup service on the target planned date and there is something broken on the episode, for example 5.1 surround sound not available, not full HD or subtitles missing.
They then replace the episode during the course of the week with a non broken updated version, where i have seen this happen on more than one occasion.
S3 Ep1 was showing stereo for me earlier in the week, but now it is showing 5.1 in the episode description (i haven't played it to check mind).
I have also seen in the past that the next weekly episode scheduled jumps an episode and misses a week on quite a few TV shows, where once the missing episode is broadcasted live from checking the TV guide planner the missing episode then auto corrects itself on the NowTV catch up service.
I would expect S3 Ep2 to be available to watch on catch up within a few hours after 10pm on Wednesday the 6th of May after it has been broadcasted live on Sky Witness linear channel.
