Poor stream

Watching the US open tennis- is anyone having severe issues with the streaming quality? Constantly freezing and skipping? Absolutely horrendous quality. Occurring on TV and tablet. Honestly shocking how poor the service is by Now tv. Fees are huge compared to the previous rights holders and absolutely terrible quality,like an archaic system .

yep trying to watch giorgi v pegula on Arthur Ashe , like a slide show. Haven't had that for about 5 years.

Same here trying to watch Murray Match and the juddering makes it unwatchable. Other courts are ok so its not my connection. Same happened yesterday on some bonus streams too. Its like a bad joke paying so much for this.

Edit - ok so switching from the bonus stream to the main coverage gives a perfect stream. Thats a fix for this match but only works if they're showing the same match on the main channel, basically back to only two match choices that actually work.

I have complained a second time in as many days, having finally found bonus streams on only one of my four devices my joy was certainly short lived at the quality. Perhaps we should all be complaining to  the ATP not Sky/Now, although possibly the advertisers might be more interested to know that next year will have fewer subscribers. And what is bonus about a bonus stream…it is what I thought I was paying for!

Do either you have boost? On TV devices this will give you 50fps, whereas without boost and on all bonus streams it will be 25fps which will no doubt not help the stream,

yes got boost, 900mb full fibre, gigabit LAN, FireTV cube, NowTV black box, BT 4k pro, court 9 was awful, was gonna stay up to watch Jodie, but was unbearable stuttering, all other streams were fine!

i was the same monday streams was ok then lastnight juddering bad i gave up after murrys game 

weard thing not all bonus feeds had the juddering

Yes the Murray match stream was dreadful! Made the end of the 2nd set totally unwatchable 🤬 Don’t even get me started on the lack of replays….so many matches I wanted to watch and haven’t been able too it’s an absolute joke

Yes.  Truly terrible.

I had to keep switching between the bonus stream and the main stream during the Murray - Moutet match as each stream became unwatchable.
