When i log into my account and then try to access any of my inf, i.e payments, devices, passes etc i get the oops message. Also if i try to access movies or entertainment it just trys to set me up for a free trial....
Account is active and i have paid for both
Please try to put the message on Account and Billing forum or on twitter/facebook.
The people who can help, might not be able to see this and help you.
