Missing content and hopeless livechat

On season one Sopranos, episode 9. No 10,11,12 episodes only 13.
Contacted livechat to be told that certain content has copyright issues. I said you advertise as season one. How can 3 episodes missing be a full season? That's misadvertising.
So I asked to cancel. Now I find there is an issue with missing content. Talk about the right hand not knowing what the left is doing.
Also I hope that six seasons are still available when it sorts itself out.

This is the exact same problem with greys anatomy! Foundmyself a huge spoiler! Slightly fuming to say the least, and to be told the same on the live chat...
