Fortitude poor quality

When I watch fortitude streaming is of very low quality. The best it goes to is 860.

 

All other shows stream at the HD. 

 

I pay for boost and all other shows stream at the 7000+ bitrate.

 

 

I'm watching on both smart TV and firestick.

 

I've tried all trouble shooting from customer services and still no resolution

 

Any advice?

Might sound elementary but are the devices connected via Ethernet or Wi-fi? 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

WiFi connection.

 

I have 200mb broadband and speed tests and ping remain stable.

 

All other shows on the nowtv platform work flawlessly and in full resolution. Also Netflix and Amazon streaming in UHD.

So just to ask the daft questions,

You tried to delete and reinstall the app?

Have you tried to turn your router off for a few minutes? 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
