• Cant watch latest episodes of new amsterdam, fbi and fbi international. Message says -No assets for required device capabilities. Others having same issue with other shows last month and today. Customer support no help.

Yeah thanks. I reported to now, their reply was no help. I told them multiple people having the problem on different devices. Hoping they will look into a problem on their end 🤞

Can only imagine how annoying it must be. Haven’t watched NOW since yesterday afternoon which was for New Amsterdam season 4 episode 21.

Clearly I’ve escaped all the mess! Been mainly on Disney and Paramount+ today.
