So i purchased the 24 hour pass for sport keep getting the message you don’t have the relevant membership on your account !! I have paid £11.99 and I can’t even watch it

Try start watching on a PC, NOW App on a smartphone or tablet then stop the stream and jump back to your main playback device.
Hopefully that should do the trick.
