Black screen

I have been watching Now TV for about a year or more. all of a sudden the screen is black but I can hear the programme.

I have deleted the app and reinstalled it.

I use Amazon Fire stick

Please help as there are programmes I really want to watch plus Im paying for nothing right now.

There was an update to my Amazon fire sticks today. Have you ensured the system is fully updated?

I have the same problem and stick is fully updated and so it app !!
