Being an Arrow fan myself, we are currently in the mid-season break of season 7 and it should be back on Sky One in the coming weeks.
However, in the four years or so that I have been a Now TV customer, they have never brought us the older seasons as catch-up Boxsets (unlike the other Arrowverse shows)...... those rights must be held exclusively by another service. Season 6 episodes might be shown as repeats on Sky One at some point and you could then watch them 'live'...... remembering however that repeated episodes do not get 30day catch-up.
