Entertainment and Movie passes are still active.
Suddenly we can only access movies, and all entertainment content is showing as Not Available.
This is via a family member's account who uses our TV when they visit.
This coincides with a new TV. But using the old TV produces the same problem.
Any suggestions?
Should have said that we are viewing via a Windows laptop plugged into the TV via HDMI, so I don't think the TV should be the issue.
Have you tried the standard troubleshooting indicated below?

Thanks for that. I have tried those, with no luck.
I should add that the issue is not with the Now player. In my Watchlist all the Movies are available as usual, but all of the TV shows are marked as 'Not Available' even though we have active passses for both.
That’s certainly weird!
Jump onto live chat and see if anything that staff can do to sort it out. Which is accesed by clicking "chat online" within the green box, don't hit "get help quicker" as this is a bot.

And it gets weirder. We can access one or two TV shows, seemingly random. And we can watch all of the live TV channels.
