delete someone off my device

Some1 that i dont want is using my now tv i want to delete them off it 

 

how do i do this please ??

When you contact live chat via the link provided by @redchiz1  you will need to request ALL devices to be removed from your account.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

And before you do any of this, set a Payment PIN, as if you haven’t, and if there are any Now memberships you don’t have, you are lucky your clingon didn’t buy them with your money.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Do they know your password? If so, change it. And then get in touch with the support team using the Chat online button here.
