'Sorry, there was an error in the player'

When I try to watch the sky sports pass on the now tv app on Xbox one whenever I try and load a channel it says error in the player.

I've logged out the app, uninstalled it and the reinstalled it and logged back in and still getting the same message sorry there is a error in the player. Is there a fix ?
