Somthings not right

Any help I have been getting this issue for a couple of days and it's really getting on my nerves can any one help please it's now TV on my xbox one

Can you confirm the following info so we can try and help you with this:

Are you connected via wired or wireless to your router?

Are you inside the UK and are your location settings set to the UK?

Do you use anything like  VPN on your connection?

Have you tried to reset your router or reinstalling  the app?

Yes we are on a wireless network
Yes I live in the UK
No I have no vpn
Yes I have tried reinstalling the app
And am still having problems
