Non compliamt tv

I bought sky sports pass today and wanted to watch some sports but the app says that my tv is non compliant so I am not authorised to playout content. Already tried to turn all off or unplug hdmi cabel. Any more advices? Dont want to miss tonights match. Cheers

Whilst it won't help with last night's match, it could be related to a recent update issue. See here for details of what to do if this is the cause, you'll need to check you have the latest update.

PS if it was a day or week sports pass you bought and you didn't use it, it will sit in your account for a year so you can use it another day, or alternately you can go onto live chat and ask for a refund.

@Anonymous User  not sure why tV is non compliant have you used it before.  If you have any of these devices:

What type of TV do you have?  All UK TVs should work.
