Whilst it won't help with last night's match, it could be related to a recent update issue. See here for details of what to do if this is the cause, you'll need to check you have the latest update.

PS if it was a day or week sports pass you bought and you didn't use it, it will sit in your account for a year so you can use it another day, or alternately you can go onto live chat and ask for a refund.

What type of TV do you have? All UK TVs should work.
