Same Issue here, first time i have tried using Now TV on my XBox One S.
The app loads and even takes me through to select the program, but when opening the program is gives me Error Code 3
Setup is:
XBox One S --> HDMI > Onkyo receiver > Samsung Smart TV
Unacceptable seeing how long these posts go back and how little seems to have been done

Ive had a chat with the tech teams and this is what they've said about Error 3-
It means that TV connected to the console is not HDCP compliant or the console lost the secure connection over HDMI.
If that happens mid-stream, it is probably because the TV was switched off and the console lost the secure connection.
Other reasons can be caused by AV receivers, soundbars etc. that sit between the console and the TV.”

Anyone had any luck fixing the xbox one error code 3 issue, getting me down now great timing.
Seeing as NowTV hasn't bothered to respond (it being Christmas is no excuse) it seems the message is spend your money elsewhere. Great customer service.

For me its wireless internet, with Xbox to TV type set-up. nothing special. issue now been on going since 20th December, so i more or less am just letting the sub run til it runs out (mid-jan) and moving on.

I have same issue on Xbox One for movies. tried reinstalling about a hundred times, YouTube app works so it is definatly not an issue with my internet.
It looks like it's a problem with the Xbox app itself. I've been using Now TV on a LG OLED TV for a few days now and it works perfectly. Same with a PS4 Pro. Works great. Xbox app will open but whenever I try to pay anything I get this message:
