Access denied

So my now tv is not working on my fire stick so I downloaded it on my playstation 5 and all I get is access denied with you don't have permission to access http://tv.client.ott.sky.com/?" On thus server does any one have a solution because I deleted it and reinstalled it and still get the same message

I have this same issues now. What was the resolution ? Deleted and reinstalled the app many times and completely fine on my other tv, but currently getting the same issue on my Amazon firestick !

Check for Amazon fire software updates. Try unplugging your stick and router for a few minutes.

Otherwise report with staff via live chat. Make sure to be signed in and use the ‘How to get in touch’ drop down.

Don't know if it's been fixed on the Amazon Fire Stick, but I just checked my Amazon Fire Stick and I can watch NOW live and NOW on Demand from the Fire Stick NOW App.

Don't know if the ISP has anything to do with this, but my Broadband is with NOW.

Perhaps check your Fire Stick again, just in case NOW fixed the issue in the last five or ten minutes.

Looks like NOW have a major outage across various playback platforms.

Here's an example of a tweet from NOW a couple of minutes ago.
