I have been charged when I shouldn’t have been!!! During this pandemic

I paid for 4 months of Nowtv cinema in March and have been charged again today for a month, I really do not have the money to spare and Nowtv cannot be contacted during this period I had atleast 2 months left on my pass and now I have to have the bank get back my money and most likely cancel the 2 months left on my 4 months totally unacceptable will not ever be back after this, so ridiculous

i know, same problem. you can't even delete the payment method without putting new one. i don't want them to have my payment details. better go Disney mate.
