I signed up yesterday to the 14 day trial for the cinema pass, and now I've has £9.99 taken from my account, doesn't seem there's any way to contact nowtv about this, does anyone have any ideas what I can do? I actually have a month a free pass voucher that I was going to use after the 14 day free trial aswell...
@Anonymous User Welcome to the forum. If you'd had a free trial in the past before then that could stop you getting a new free trial again, but the best thing to do is to pop onto live chat and they can check what's happened and hopefully sort you out.

Thanks for the reply, however when I tried to do online chat it says it's unavailable...
I've not had a free trial, as it offered me the free trial which is why I signed up instead of using my voucher first, otherwise I'd of just entered my voucher code and paid next month.
@Anonymous User Usually trying a different device and/or browser gets live chat to work, but if you're still having trouble getting there pop onto your My Account > My Passes page

and in the FAQ section look for 'I think I've been incorrectly charged', you'll find a request form in there you can fill in instead.
If you have a pass you should be able to add the free one with a code that you have on the voucher I had 3 months free pass on a new now tv smart box and it will show you on your account when this starts and ends
I better superglo but my issue was that it told me I had a 14 day free trial but has proceeded to take £9.99 put my bank anyway... the day I chose to use the 14 day trial...
