Hi my contract for my broadband is due to run out in 10 days, I have had a email to say I can renew my contract for £38 a month but I can't find where to do it, can somebody please help thank you 

Broadband not working

We have had a service outage since Friday 10:36pm and nothing seems to be done to fix it. They say it’s an area outage but my neighbours broadband works just fine. What is happening and how are we supposed to work tomorrow?
