I’m trying to find out what deal I am on? If I have free calls anytime or between certain times? Any idea? I’ve looked on my emails when taking out the deal and on my account but can’t see it anywhere??

If you go to My Account > My Broadband & Calls it should show what Phone Calls package you are on.
Another place to check is My Bills & Payments and click on your Broadband Bill and keep clicking on the expand arrow until the information appears on your internet browser screen.
