Unable to take payment even with updated card details???

Hi there, I changed my card recently and have been trying to update my card details and pay for my new bill which is overdue but I just keep getting the same error message every time I try

Error message: "Sorry we couldn't take your payment, please try again in a moment."

All my card details are correct, money in the account and this has been happening since last month. 

I've tried 2 different cards, I've tried calling and entering the numbers of my card to the automated bot and nothing is working, and now my broadband seems to be disconnected!

Anyone know what I can do? I'm frustrated!

Call the broadband support team on 0330 332 3050.

Call the broadband team using the number provided by @redchiz1 We aren’t much help as we are just customers like you. 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

The Nowbot may be good for casual enquiries, but it’s no use for getting anything actually done.

But it doesn’t realise that, proving that AI still has a long way to go 😢

We here are not much more use than the Nowbot for actually getting things done, but at least we realise that, and know to point you to where you can actually get things done 😛

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Got it resolved today by calling this number: 03303 323 032 and entering new card details in the keypad to the bot. Didn't work until today though !!
