Hi my contract expires in 14 days I have the option of renewing for £18 per month or continuing out of contract for £25.I would like to renew but there is no option to do this online and the phone line is (understandably) oversubscribed at present.
hi I have the same issue and my contract expires in 8 days but cannot find how to renew it. there is no customer phone number and its not something you can do online?!
@matthewstead you should have received an email (check your junk folder just in case it's gone there) with a reference number and telephone number at the bottom of the page.
