Hi - i cant get through to Now broadband to discuss my bradband package due to virus and lack of staff / too many calls, and they cant help me on twitter.
I have therefore signed up to a new provider, who will be taking over my service on 7 April - but my next Now TV bill is on 16 April - so it looks like i will be leaving 9 days early - am i going to be charged an early exit fee for this!?
Any help greatly appreciated!
