Its been a nightmare contacting Now TV as there chat is not working and neither is the messaging service.
Just doesn't sound like very competant provider at all. Dreadfull service! No phone number to call.!!!
Can someone contact me and try to help me to get my passes to access the entertainment packgage?
Welcome to the forum. Usually trying a different device and/or browser gets live chat to work, but if you're still having trouble getting there pop onto your My Account > My Passes page
and in the FAQ section look for 'I think I've been incorrectly charged', you'll find a request form in there you can fill in instead for billing or technical issues.
Alternately if it's not a billing issue you have you can always explain what's happening on here and someone might know the solution.
