I've been trying to cancel my skymovies payment for the past few days to no avail,
I put in my card details when i started the trial but have since lost the card in question, and the payment has since bounced.
I bought a movie pass instead as it worked out cheaper than paying the monthly fee but seeing as my payment didnt go through I cant apply a voucher or cancel my subscription??
Seeing as chat is still down and will not work for me despite them saying it's fixed, Has anyone got any ideas???
