Refund

I had a free trail with nowtv entertainment I then bought a three months pass to add on my account once the free trail ended but the payment of £6.99 has already left my account. I want a refund of the £6.99 how will I do this ?

Have you been charged before the trial period is up? If so they should be able to sort it via chat.
