I have faced the same problem. spoke to a advisor online and he said wait until the problem has been resolved before recieving refund. Im hoping this problem has been resolved!

Although the payment may have shown as pending it shouldn't of actually left the account. Would you be able to double check if it has actually been charged and not just pending meaning it will go back into the account automatically?
