Any customer of any service who feels they have pursued all reasonable actions to solve their issue but is still unhappy, their next step is.... cancel the service!
I have 3 months of free sports and entertainment pass's to use
So I kinda wanna use them 🙂
Tip for people there - thats the max they will give you! (or so the support staff say)

Out of curiosity what devices are causing you the issues ?
Have you tried any other alternative nowtv supported devices ?
I have been using the nowtv black & smart boxes (3 no) for over 2 years and can honestly say i have never had any problems whatsoever.
My only major grievance with nowtv are the random intermittent freezing of the picture on the sports streams where there is a long on going thread in the sports pass section of the forum.
Where my Entertainment and Cinema passes stream perfectly fine.

There are now 4 of us that have the same issue
I save every chat with online support, and one person there I keep getting has lied to me and kicked me out of chat twice. I only speak to the supervisor there now.
Something this one agent promised me (100% guarenteed) was an answer in a few hours, guess what - she failed.
I even asked her what would happen if I didnt get an answer, she wouldnt discuss because she simply said - you will (see below, out of respect i have removed the agents name, and the name of another agent i need to complain about);

From what I understand, Samsung a currently rolling out new softwares for some of their televisions, which may help resolve the 'sign-in' button issue on your Samsung Serif television.
So keep a regular look out for the new software release...
