You do this for yourself in My Account/Passes & Vouchers.
Then Cancel Pass on whatever you are trialling.
Make sure you take all four steps - it’s a bit sneaky, and tries to make you think you have Cancelled when you haven’t.
Go back afterwards to Passes & Vouchers, check they show as Cancelled.
Note that Cancelled means you have cancelled the renewals, so you can still watch for the rest of the trial period, maybe find something you like, maybe change your mind about leaving; it’s up to you.

No - you need to take the screenshot however you do that on your device, and then click the camera icon above, and follow the dialogue there to get the picture into your Reply.
