Double payment has been taken this month.

Money got taken on the 9th of under £20 for 3 passes then again today. Why has happened?

When you visit your NOW TV account and access 'View my bills', exactly which subscription services have you been charged for on the 9th of Sep and again (today) on the 19th of Sep?
