@Deanomather click cancel on the pass/passes. Follow through the attempts to get you to change your mind until you get an email confirmation. Then add a payment pin.

@leanne19 Welcome to the forum. If you pop onto live chat they can remove your payment details to deactivate the account. To get to live chat, go to the following help page and choose the live chat option.
