ripped off

tried to take advantage of the sports offer 26 pound ,they charged me for it instantly but couldnt access it on tv so had to pay full price .now are a joke .they make things to technical on purpose just to try and steal your money .tried there online help support ,been waiting over an hour.so now i have 2 memberships 

1 for 26 pound

1 for 34.99

You need to speak with staff directly via live chat by clicking “chat online” within the green box. Avoid “get help quicker” as this is a bot.

You have to login with the same account details you used when you bought the pass.

It sounds like you didn’t.

All streaming services are the same in this respect - Netflix, Disney, even the broadcaster ones if you are paying not to have adverts.

Via the link that @gavs82008 @gave you above, I expect that Now will shut down the duplicate account and refund your £34.99

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
