on line payments and bills

I have just logged in to check my payments and there are no details of any payments made. I checked my bank account and the following payments were made

Payment details

18/8/2022 £22

21/9/2022 £16.75

Does anybody know why this is not shown in my account ?

Hi @Enda 

I am guessing the £22 is for your monthly NOW Broadband (assuming you have NOW Broadband).

I find my bank statement payment dates for NOW is around 5 to 7 days later than the dates shown on my NOW online account.

On your bank statement is there any NOW reference next to the two bills ?

If you are a NOW Broadband customer and don't subscribe to their TV service then get in touch with the NOW Broadband Team using the communication methods on the link below.
