CAN SOMEONE PLEASE EMAIL ME, I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A TWIN ACCOUNT. IM GOING TO CANCIL THE PAYMENT. I WONT A .  REFUND BACK OF ALL THE MONEY GOING BACK OVER 18 MONTHS. THE ACCOUNT HAS TWINNED ..ONE IS CALLED ..[email removed] THE THER BEiNG . [email removed] sorry with everbody else its the same account ! NOW TV Allow this  to rip money off us!... please can some one email from NOW tv?

They don’t; you will need to be proactive and contact them, either by email or Live Chat.

 

Then that will be able to identify these two accounts of yours, and hopefully sort out the mess to your liking.
